At Paavni Cosmetics, each product is carefully handmade in small batches to maintain freshness and authenticity. For safety and hygiene reasons, we follow a strict no-return, no-exchange policy.]

1. Returns

We do not accept returns for used/opened products, personal dislike of fragrance/texture, or minor variations due to the handmade nature of products.

2. Exchanges & Replacements

We only offer replacements in the following cases:

You received the wrong product.

The product was damaged in transit.

To qualify for a replacement:

Email us at parejatcosmetics@gmail.com within 12 hours of delivery.

Share pictures/videos of the product and packaging as proof.

Our team will verify and confirm replacement eligibility.

3. Refunds

If a replacement is not possible (due to stock unavailability), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Responsibility

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

Customers are advised to read product usage instructions carefully.
